Mommy & Me

I know I am biased about my clients, but holy beautiful!!  I’ve been working with this lovely family since Miss Camryn was in mama’s belly.  It never gets old watching kiddos grow up in front of my camera lens!

This mommy and me session was a Christmas present from Dad.  We decided to keep it very natural and just capture mom and daughter playing in the nursery.  Camryn is not shy in front of the camera!  So, at first, we had a hard time getting her to look at mommy and not the camera!  After a little patty-cake, reading a Dr. Seuss book, and playing in Camryn’s extensive shoe collection, I was able to capture some great moments.  It was really a lovely way to spend a cold, snowy Monday morning!

Happy 2013!!!

New year, new website!!

Shannon and I have been working so hard to update the website, and I’m so happy that’s it’s finally done!  There’s a lot of new and exciting changes with Sevens Photo, so I’m really looking forward to a fun 2013!

If you don’t already know, I’ve been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant for the past ten years.  While I still really love doing that job, I feel blessed that I’ve found two professions that I love to do.  Having said that, I am officially prn now with my Physical Therapy job.  What does that mean?  Basically, it means that I have more control over my schedule.  My goal, is to continue doing both jobs, but be able to balance my work and home life better!

You’ll see that the prices have changed for all photo sessions.  Please note that there is no longer an option to choose just ten photos.  Now, you will receive ALL photos from your gallery!  You will also receive a custom 3×3 accordion album with every session.  If you’ve never seen an accordion album, they are great brag books to carry with you!  You’ll also see that if you schedule a weekday session, you’ll save $50.  This goes along with me trying to balance my work and home life.  While I love photographing your families, I also need to spend time with mine.  I know that you will understand where I’m coming from!

Something I want to do more of this year is themed sessions.  While I love them, they are time consuming to set up.  My plan is to incorporate themes into mini sessions.  For instance; I’ll set up a lemonade stand at a local park, and schedule clients between 10:00-2:00 to bring the kiddos for a 30 minute photo session.  Please be sure to check back here and also on the Sevens Photo Facebook page to see when these sessions will be taking place.

Lastly, I just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has helped me get to this point in my life!  To my friends and family who have been in my corner cheering me on from the beginning, THANK YOU!!  You all inspire and encourage me everyday to be a better person and photographer.  Every “like” and comment you take the time to post means more than you could ever know.  To all of my amazing clients, THANK YOU!!  I am honored to be a part of so many of your lives!  I wouldn’t be able to make all of these exciting changes this year without all of your referrals.  So, thank you again from the bottom of my heart for believing in me!
